Grounds for Use

Purposes are limited to running and improving planbriefs.com, measuring traffic in aggregate, delivering email that has been opted into, and supporting any advertising displayed on the site.

Age Restrictions

Our audience is adult. We do not target children under 13 — under 16 in jurisdictions that set the higher bar — and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If such data is identified, it is removed.

Safeguards

Nothing is kept longer than it is needed for. Analytics data ages out on the provider’s schedule, subscriber addresses last until you unsubscribe, comments stay until removed.
